Vendues par lot de 2, les chaises Arsène sont gainées d'un cuir marron finement texturé, au grain régulier. L'assise et le dossier sont rembourrés, sur un piètement de bistrot en métal noir : une ligne classique et rétro.
Le cuir se patine au fil des années et fonce légèrement, et les marques d'usage entrent dans la matière. Un baume spécial cuir, une à deux fois par an, entretient sa souplesse.
L'inspiration de notre expert déco : le marron du cuir ressort mieux sur un mur blanc cassé ou écru que sur un blanc pur. Réunissez-les autour de la table ronde Pralus, plateau en bois de cèdre sur pied central en métal : le bois réchauffe le cuir, le métal reprend la ligne du piètement. Full-grain buffalo leather: the top layer of the hide, neither sanded nor corrected. The densest and most durable, it retains its original grain.
Firm at first, it softens with use and conforms to the shape of the body.
The earthy, musky smell typical of buffalo leather is a sign of authenticity: it fades within a few weeks; let the product air out.
It develops a patina and darkens slightly; scratches and signs of use are part of the material and do not affect its strength.
