Playing your favourite sport at home is a true pleasure. Our basketball hoop is adjustable in height so adults and children can play. Simpler to install than a model hung on a wall panel, our basketball hoop (1.65m to 2.05m) has a very stable base, making it safe during your dribbling sessions with family or friends. You can thus easily move it to find the best location to install it or store it when not in use. Basketball is a very accessible sport that requires very little equipment: a hoop and a ball and the basic rules are really accessible to both adults and children.

We're going to explain the basics of the rules that apply to 5x5 practice:
A game of basketball lasts about 1 hour with 4 games of 10 mins interspersed with breaks. A successful shot if your ball goes into the hoop and scores 2 points or 3 points depending on the shooting zone. The ball is dribbled with the hands within the limits of the court, it is forbidden to touch the ball with the foot or fist.
To move with the ball, you must dribble. That is to say bounce the ball on the ground with one hand. It is forbidden to resume dribbling after stopping or touching it with both hands and to take more than two steps without bouncing it.
