For the solid rubberwood top with oak veneer and the solid rubberwood legs finished with nitrocellulose varnish, clean after use with a well-wrung soft sponge, lukewarm water and a little mild washing-up liquid, then wipe with a clean, slightly damp cloth before drying immediately to prevent marks or moisture from affecting the veneer; use trivets and avoid solvents, alcohol, abrasives, wax, placing hot dishes directly on the surface, direct sunlight and proximity to a heat source.
