Unsure about the seat height?
There are two types of bar stools: those designed for kitchen islands and those suited to bar tables, which are generally taller.
To make the right choice, start by measuring the height of your table:
- If your island is between 87 and 100 cm high, choose a seat height between 62 and 70 cm.
- If your high table or bar is between 96 and 110 cm high, opt for a seat height between 71 and 80 cm.
For optimal comfort, allow approximately 25 to 30 cm between the seat and the underside of the tabletop.

Description
Description
Sold in sets of 2, the Aristote bar stools combine terracotta velvet with matt black metal legs. The gold-tone ferrules and footrest create a striking contrast with the black, in the spirit of Art Deco furniture.
At 78 cm from the floor, the seat is designed for a bar or counter measuring 103 to 108 cm high. Measuring 46.5 cm wide, it is padded with 24 kg/m³ foam, soft and more plush than firm. The backrest rises high and provides good back support, while the footrest supports the legs.
The 100% polyester velvet retains its terracotta intensity in the light. A barely damp cloth removes a mark.
Our interior design expert’s inspiration: terracotta pairs beautifully with a light oak worktop and brushed brass handles. Discover the full Aristote Collection – Maison Pavane: curry yellow and black.
Color note: the actual shade may vary slightly depending on screen settings, photo lighting, and the natural variations of the materials.

Regularly vacuum the velvet with a soft brush attachment, following the direction of the pile. If stained, dab gently without rubbing with a clean, barely damp cloth, then air-dry away from heat. Wipe the metal feet with a dry cloth to preserve the golden finish.
