Unsure about the seat height?
There are two types of bar stools: those designed for kitchen islands and those suited to bar tables, which are generally taller.
To make the right choice, start by measuring the height of your table:
- If your island is between 87 and 100 cm high, choose a seat height between 62 and 70 cm.
- If your high table or bar is between 96 and 110 cm high, opt for a seat height between 71 and 80 cm.
For optimal comfort, allow approximately 25 to 30 cm between the seat and the underside of the tabletop.

Ce lot de 2 chaises Josette propose une assise large de 46,5 cm pour s'y installer confortablement. Le dossier légèrement enveloppant soutient le haut du dos. La structure en bois d'hévéa massif est d'une teinte clair et lumineuse, protégée par un vernis. L'assise en tissu beige s'harmonise parfaitement avec le bois blond.
Avec une hauteur d'assise de 63,5 cm, elles s'adaptent parfaitement à un îlot central ou une table haute standard. La mousse à densité intermédiaire (23 kg/m³ sur 2,5 cm d'épaisseur) procure une assise souple avec du soutien, ni trop molle ni trop ferme. Le repose-pied en bois intégré soutient les jambes lors des repas prolongés.
Devant un îlot blanc, en chêne clair ou béton ciré, elles apportent une chaleur naturelle. Associez-les à une crédence blanche, du lin naturel et une lampe en laiton brossé pour une cuisine minimaliste. La collection Josette se décline aussi en chaise, en bois foncé, assise en cuir synthétique ou coloris clair, pour s'adapter à tous les styles de cuisine.

For the nitrocellulose-varnished rubberwood, dust with a dry microfibre cloth and clean marks with a barely damp cloth and mild soap, drying immediately to prevent water marks; avoid solvents, alcohol, abrasives, wax, direct sunlight and proximity to a heat source. For the 100% polyester fabric seat, vacuum using the brush attachment and treat stains with a sponge lightly moistened with warm water and Marseille soap or very diluted mild dishwashing liquid, rubbing gently using only the foam side, never the abrasive green side, and without over-wetting, then dab with a clean damp cloth and leave to air-dry.
