Le piètement en pétales d'Olya soutient un plateau rond de 50 cm en laque rouge lie de vin brillante. Ce volume arrondi rappelle les courbes du mobilier seventies.
Sous trois couches de laque, le rouge lie de vin gagne en profondeur et en brillance. L'eau, le café ou le gras ne marquent pas la laque, et un linge doux suffit à les retirer. Sur cette surface brillante, les petites rayures du quotidien restent difficiles à repérer. Un set ou un dessous de verre sous les objets garde cette brillance comme au premier jour.
Ce piètement en pétales démarque Olya des bases cylindriques plus classiques. À côté d'un canapé en velours rose poudré ou d'un fauteuil en cuir cognac, le rouge lie de vin crée un contraste coloré. Une bougie bordeaux, un petit vase en verre fumé ou un livre d'art complètent cet esprit seventies.
