Description
The Maupiti side table measures 35 cm in diameter and 50 cm in height. It is made of clay fiber with a concrete effect and painted royal blue.
At 50 cm from the floor, the tabletop reaches armrest height: a cup and a book remain within easy reach from the armchair. Beside a bed, the Maupiti serves as a bedside table. Its 35 cm diameter allows it to fit into a corner.
Handcrafted, each piece has its own irregularities: slight roughness and sometimes small holes left by air escaping during drying. Clay fiber, a mineral clay reinforced with fibers, weighs far less than concrete: the Maupiti can be moved alongside the armchair effortlessly. A varnish protects the surface: for a fresh stain, a barely damp soft cloth is enough to remove it.
Our interior designer's inspiration: royal blue is bold enough to remain the only color in the reading nook, surrounded by ecru, bouclé or washed linen textiles. The Teddy armchair in white bouclé fabric and the Céleste sofa with an off-white linen effect let the blue stand out. The Maupiti is also available in white, offering the same silhouette in a more understated version.

Very easy to care for: simply use a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove stains when cleaned promptly. For dried stains, use a slightly moistened magic eraser, rubbing gently. Avoid abrasive or overly harsh products that could damage the finish.
