The set of 2 Yuna counter stools for kitchen islands combines black synthetic leather upholstery with a dark-toned solid rubberwood frame.

Synthetic leather is the easiest upholstery in the collection to live with: a damp sponge is all it takes to remove a splash of sauce or a drop of coffee.

Rubberwood comes from latex trees, harvested on plantations after 25 to 30 years of production: a resource that is put to good use rather than wasted.

With a seat height of 64.5 cm, they are suitable for islands and worktops measuring 90 to 95 cm high, leaving 25 to 30 cm of legroom beneath the surface. The curved backrest supports the lower back across its entire width. The 48 × 43.5 cm seat is padded with 5.7 cm of 23 kg/m³ foam.

Our interior design expert’s inspiration: paired with a light stone worktop, the black upholstery and brown rubberwood create plenty of depth. Above, the Iris pendant light in black and gold metal echoes the black.

For nitrocellulose-varnished rubberwood, dust with a dry microfiber cloth and clean marks with a barely damp cloth and mild soap, drying immediately to prevent water marks; avoid solvents, alcohol, abrasives, wax, direct sunlight and proximity to a heat source. For the seat and backrest in synthetic leather, remove stains promptly with a damp sponge and a little neutral soap, rinse with a clean, slightly damp cloth, then dry without rubbing; never use leather milk, harsh stain removers or greasy products, which could cause the surface to crack or become shiny.
