Unsure about the seat height?
There are two types of bar stools: those designed for kitchen islands and those suited to bar tables, which are generally taller.
To make the right choice, start by measuring the height of your table:
- If your island is between 87 and 100 cm high, choose a seat height between 62 and 70 cm.
- If your high table or bar is between 96 and 110 cm high, opt for a seat height between 71 and 80 cm.
For optimal comfort, allow approximately 25 to 30 cm between the seat and the underside of the tabletop.

Description
La chaise de bar Louis associe une coque en bois courbé plaqué noyer, ajourée à l'arrière, à une assise rembourrée en cuir synthétique noir. Elle est montée sur un pied central en métal noir, pivotant et réglable en hauteur. Le noyer apporte un brun chaud au veinage marqué, en contraste avec le noir de l'assise et du pied.
Pivotante, elle permet de se tourner vers l'îlot ou vers la pièce sans se relever. Réglable de 62 à 84 cm, elle s'adapte aussi bien à un îlot de 90 cm qu'à un bar de 110 cm, et à la taille de chacun. Large de 45 cm, l'assise est garnie de 7 cm de mousse (24 kg/m³) : un rembourrage souple, plus moelleux que ferme. Une éponge et un peu d'eau savonneuse suffisent à l'entretien du cuir synthétique. La chaise est vendue à l'unité.
L'inspiration de notre expert déco : le noir et le noyer s'accordent avec un plan de travail en béton ciré et des façades en bois foncé.
