Description
Un plateau ovale aux contours organiques, épais de 2,5 cm, en manguier massif marron foncé : la table basse Selma repose sur deux panneaux courbes en métal brossé. Le veinage y est profond et contrasté, différent d'un plateau à l'autre. Bois dur et dense, le manguier résiste aux chocs. Il est récolté sur les arbres de culture fruitière, sans déforestation. Le métal brossé, lui, capte la lumière sans éblouir.
120 cm de long sur 68 cm, 34 cm de haut : livres d'art, tasses et télécommandes tiennent tous sur le plateau. Aucun angle sur tout le pourtour, on la contourne en toute sérénité. Les panneaux sont placés en retrait des bords : le plateau paraît flotter au-dessus du tapis.
L'inspiration de notre expert déco : face au bois foncé, un canapé en velours vert sapin ou terracotta réchauffe le salon, quand le gris de l'acier tient la note contemporaine. Le verre fumé chromé est de la même famille froide : la lampe à poser Brume, le lampadaire Brume.
Dans la collection Selma, une console d'entrée et une table de chevet reprennent le même duo de matières, à assortir du salon à la chambre.

Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. In case of a stain, wipe immediately with a slightly damp cloth, then dry at once.
Treat the wood twice a year with an oil suitable for solid wood.
Avoid direct exposure to sunlight and proximity to a heat source, which may discolour or crack the wood.
For brushed metal parts, a soft, dry cloth is sufficient : avoid abrasive products and scouring sponges.
