Rectangular 6-seat table, solid rubberwood, walnut veneer, 180 cm

The Paula table seats six diners and measures 180 cm long by 90 cm wide. Its 20 mm tabletop combines walnut veneer, whose grain can be seen on the surface, with a solid rubberwood panel.

The base defines the table's design: the legs angle outward, connected in pairs by a stretcher, while the table ends remain clear for two additional seats.

Rubberwood comes from latex trees, harvested on plantations after 25 to 30 years of production: a resource that is put to good use rather than wasted. As each plank has its own unique nuances, no two tables are ever identical.

A varnish protects the tabletop: wipe away spills promptly with a soft cloth, and place a coaster beneath a glass or cup left there for a while.

Our interior expert's inspiration: around the tabletop, Josette chairs in beige fabric and dark rubberwood echo the veneer tone, while the beige lightens the overall look. Above, two or three Nox black metal pendant lights arranged in a row follow the table's length. The Paula table is also available with light oak veneer.

For the solid rubberwood, walnut-veneered top and nitrocellulose-lacquered base, clean after use with a well-wrung soft sponge, lukewarm water and a little mild dish soap, then wipe with a clean, slightly damp cloth and dry immediately to prevent marks or moisture on the veneer; use trivets and avoid solvents, alcohol, abrasives, wax, placing hot dishes directly on the surface, direct sunlight and proximity to a heat source.
