Vendues par lot de 2, les chaises Esmée réunissent trois matières : une assise en tissu imprimé léopard dans les tons vert kaki, un dossier galbé en noyer contreplaqué, une structure fine en métal noir. Le noyer est l'une des essences les plus recherchées en ébénisterie : un grain fin et serré, des nuances du brun clair au brun chocolat, des veines plus sombres qui se lisent à la surface. De fines couches de bois sont pressées dans un moule : le dossier est courbé en une seule pièce, sans assemblage.
L'assise de 45 × 41,5 cm est garnie d'une mousse de 25 kg/m³, souple, plus moelleuse que ferme. À 49 cm du sol, elle se situe un peu au-dessus de la hauteur classique : comptez une table de 75 à 78 cm.
L'inspiration de notre expert déco : il faut une part d'audace pour installer du léopard vert kaki autour d'une table, et c'est ce qui donne ensuite son caractère à toute la pièce. Gardez le brun du noyer avec un bois de la même profondeur : le manguier massif de la table Maya ou de la table Alix, le plateau finition noyer de la table Oman. Rien n'oblige d'ailleurs à les prendre toutes identiques : deux Esmée léopard vert kaki face à deux Esmée en velours vert kaki, un mélange à la fois harmonieux et audacieux. Le choix est large dans la collection Esmée : le léopard en bordeaux, les velours vert kaki, blanc cassé et terracotta, le tissu bouclé blanc, et même des chaises pour îlot central 67,3 cm si vous souhaitez assortir toute la pièce.

Dust the seat weekly using a vacuum cleaner fitted with a brush attachment, on a moderate setting. In case of a stain, act quickly: blot with paper towel without rubbing, then dab from the edge towards the centre with a clean cloth soaked in warm soapy water (Marseille soap). Rinse with a second damp cloth and leave to air-dry away from any heat source. The seat cover cannot be removed: do not soak it and do not use solvents or bleach, which could fade the leopard print. Dust the wooden backrest with a soft, slightly damp cloth, without using abrasive products.
