Walnut-finish mango wood TV stand

The Lio TV unit is a low cabinet made from solid mango wood stained walnut, with rounded contours and fronts defined by fine vertical fluting. Mango is a hard, dense wood, with a unique grain from one piece to the next, harvested from fruit trees that have reached the end of their productive life, without deforestation. The walnut stain is dark and warm, while the fluted relief catches the light in fine vertical bands.

At the centre, an open niche is designed for a set-top box, game console or player, allowing the remote-control signal through. On either side, two soft-close doors conceal the rest behind a shelf, without the slightest slam, while a cable management opening at the back keeps wires tidy. Measuring 145 cm long and 50.5 cm high, Lio can be placed beneath a wall-mounted screen or a television standing on top, supporting up to 20 kg on its surface. Its 40 cm depth allows it to fit into a narrow living room without obstructing the walkway. Adjustable feet beneath the cabinet compensate for a slightly uneven floor, and it is delivered fully assembled.

Our interior design expert’s inspiration: fluted walnut calls for warm, patinated materials around it. The Barnabé brown buffalo leather sofa creates a vintage feel, while the Maya table is made from the same solid mango wood. The fluting stands out even more when the light comes from the side. Color note: the actual shade may vary slightly depending on screen settings, photo lighting, and the natural variations of the materials.

Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For stains, use a barely damp sponge, then dry immediately. Apply a special wood oil every six months to nourish and protect the wood.
