Club Sofas
If you are looking for comfort, Maison Pavane recommends a Club sofa. With their generous padding and pleasant-to-the-touch upholstery, Club sofas are undoubtedly among the most comfortable: the seat is very wide and very deep. Their distinctly English, rounded style lends elegance to interiors, from the most classic to the most modern. At factory prices, of course!
Discover our stylish and comfortable leather sofas
Our selection of leather sofas is available in two- and three-seat versions, in colours that define the character of the Club: brown, distressed brown, camel, black and red. Six models are upholstered in coated split leather, protected by a finishing film that gives it its glossy appearance. The two distressed-brown Club sofas are covered with a microfibre cover with a more matte, tobacco-toned patina. In both cases, the frame is made of solid wood and the seat is made of foam.
The size should first be chosen according to the available space. The two-seat sofa, designed for one or two people, fits perfectly in a small living room, office, bedroom or reception room, where its deep seat remains comfortable without obstructing circulation. The three-seat sofa can be used as the main sofa, facing the television or opposite an armchair. To discover the full range of seating from this collection, including armchairs and sets, browse our range of Club sofas.
Benefits and care of a leather sofa
The main advantage of a stylish leather sofa is how easy it is to live with every day. Unlike fabric, its surface is smooth: a stain can be removed before it penetrates, and pet hair does not cling to it. The protective film applied to the split leather further enhances its resistance to everyday use. The second advantage is the seat's resilience: the Club's generous padding withstands daily use without sagging as quickly as lightweight foam.
Care involves three steps. Dust once a week with a soft, dry cloth or the brush attachment of a vacuum cleaner, paying particular attention to the seat creases and the backrest. Remove marks with a barely damp cloth, without soaking the material, then dry immediately. Avoid harsh household products, alcohol and solvents, which can damage the coated finish.
One final point matters for its lifespan: placement. A leather sofa placed in full sunlight behind a glass door or window, or positioned next to a radiator, will see its surface dry out and its colour fade. Leaving a gap of a few dozen centimetres is enough to prevent this.
